Planning and Zoning Committee

The Planning and Zoning Committee monitors and reviews proposed residential and commerical development projects for consistency with applicable city ordinances.

The Committee works with the Planning Department staff and represents THD before the Landmarks Board, Planning Commission, Board of Appeals and other city bodies to protect historic resources and maintain neighborhood character.

The Committee provides members with opportunites to learn more about and participate in planning and zoning issues.
